Report a security problem
If you think you’ve found a vulnerability, please tell us privately first and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Don’t access other people’s data while testing.

Already a member?
For anything about your own family’s site — who can see what, adding or removing a person, changing a role — ask your family’s admin, who manages that. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address your invitation was sent to and we’ll help.
What we can’t offer yet
There’s no phone line or live chat, and no round-the-clock support. This is a beta run by one person, and we’d rather say so plainly.
